Allie joined the Milnor Orthodontics team in February 2014 and has been working in the dental field doing finances since 2010. She enjoys assisting families with the investment they are putting into their health and loves setting up flexible, interest-free payment plans and billing insurance for in and out-of-network providers.
As a native of Fort Collins, Colorado, it's only natural that the beautiful mountains, lakes and rivers hold Allie’s heart. Camping, yoga, gardening, hiking and loving animals are her passions but her main focus is her family. Allie's husband's name is Brian. Together they have two children, Gracie and Mack. They are the reason for her happiness and the center of her life.

Katie moved from South Dakota 13 years ago to Fort Collins. She decided to go into the dental field after working with animals. She has been with Milnor Orthodontics since 2018 starting as a Sterile Technician and swiftly became an Orthodontic Assistant.
When she isn't helping patients at work, she enjoys cuddling with her cat Arrow and kitten Wusabi, gardening, cooking, and outdoor activities.

Jessica has been working for Dr. Milnor since 2011 and has been friends with her for over 30 years. She enjoys getting to know each patient and their family, continuing to learn and grow as a Practice Manager and being surrounded by the best group of women that she calls friends.
Jessica was raised in the Fort Collins area and has lived in Colorado her entire life. She is happily married and has four wonderful daughters and two grandchildren. She enjoys the mountains, staying active, and new adventures and learning opportunities. She loves spending time with her family and friends.

Kinley has been in the orthodontic field since 2010 and part of the Milnor Orthodontics team since 2013. Orthodontics runs in her blood as her mom was an assistant for over 35 years and passed along the love for all things teeth! As treatment coordinator, Kinley is the first to introduce our new patients to the possibilities of orthodontic care whether it be braces or Invisalign. Part of what makes her enjoy her job is watching patients young and old become comfortable through the process and watching smiles change and confidence grow through their journey.
Kinley was born and raised in Dallas, Texas but has called Colorado home for over 13 years. In her spare time, you can find Kinley somewhere in the mountains or knee-deep in a river fly fishing, kayaking, camping, cooking up something spicy, or hanging out with her BFFF (Best Furry Friend Forever) Daisy!

Camie has been working in orthodontics for 33 years. She began her career in Cody, WY working for the orthodontist who treated her as a child. She had the opportunity to learn from an amazing team of women who all supported each other. It made her realize how important a positive work environment can impact every aspect of a person’s life.
She fell in love with Colorado before she met the man who brought her here to live 28 years ago. Here she began working in another office that provided the same sense of community that she had left. While there, she learned so much about the evolution of the orthodontic industry. She then moved to another practice to work for a doctor that specializes in the treatment of jaw joint disorders as well as orthodontics where she was fortunate to continue to grow as an assistant and also as a person.
During these years she raised 3 amazing children who taught her so much about strength and perseverance. She loves to spend time with them and her extended family and friends. They enjoy spending time on the lake in the summer and have recently renewed their love of skiing in the winter. A travel adventure is almost always in her plan, usually focusing on food and history, and she loves dogs and hopes to have another sometime in the not too distant future. Her other interests include reading, music, podcasts, and riding her Peloton bike.

Jen joined Dr. Milnor in 2022, she has made a career for the last 29 years helping patients around Colorado achieve their goals with healthy functioning bites and beautiful smiles. Her passion for patient care is her number one priority, she loves the interaction with each patient and their family.
When Jen is not with patients she is spending time with her 3 sons and her dog Bradley. Family time is everything to her and she also enjoys dinners, board games, paddle boarding, hikes, camping, and anything outside.

Cassidy | Lab Technician

Cassidy first started working with Dr. Milnor in 2015 as a Sterile Technician, which she continued for two years. When she returned in 2020, she then began to work with patients. As opportunities arose, she continued to learn and grow her skills. Currently, she primarily works in the lab, but continues to help out wherever needed, as an assistant or up front answering phones.
Born in Colorado, Cassidy enjoys spending time outside, with her husband and kiddos. Camping and skiing are a few of her favorite pastimes.

Ketura has been working at milnor orthodontics since may of 2018. She works at the practice as our Sterile Technician. She loves being part of a fun team and enjoys helping those around her.

Millie | Chief Happiness Officer

Millie joined Milnor Orthodontics as CHO (Chief Happiness Officer) in May 2019. She loves her role, showing off her adorable tutu and amazing dance moves, and giving out hugs to everyone she meets. When she isn’t busy at work, Millie loves watching Rocky and Bullwinkle and visiting her cousins in the Canadian Rockies.
