   Kimmy

2. What was your favorite TV show when growing up?

   Gilligan’s Island

3. What was the last gift you gave someone?

   Money—how boring—my nephew turned 21

4. What is something your patients would be surprised to learn about you?

   I grew up in Wisconsin

5. What did you want to be when growing up?

   Ice skater

6. What is the weirdest thing you’ve ever eaten?

   Squid

7. What was your favorite book, toy, or outfit as a child?

   “Where the Wild Things Are”

8. What is the first thing you would buy if you won the lottery?

   I would love a new car

   I played basketball

    Anything chocolate or ice cream
